This simple, yet powerful Mindfulness Meditation is a great one to do in the morning before you start the day.

This type of meditation uses Mantras which are very powerful and effective as it changes the frequency of our brain and allows us to employ the thinking mind instead of trying to ignore, silence or subdue it. It uses thoughts to transcend thoughts, which is an extremely skilful method. 

Great one to do when you first rise in the morning.
