Yoga & Meditation: Morning sequence to enhance your vitality
Be nourished body, mind and spirit through a rejuvenating yoga practice focusing on aligning breath with movement, including an inspiring mantra meditation and visualisation with some wellness wisdom and oracle cards thrown in. Enjoy the beauty of Torquay and connecting deeply with yourself and others – sharing in this wonderful space on the Surfcoast.

All equipment supplied, however you are welcome to BYO Yoga mat (bring a water bottle and jumper/shawl or blanket as weather can change)
